CT’s Lana Lana Join the QMG Team

Lana Lana are a two-piece punk rock band based in Southington, Connecticut. Formed in the winter of 2011 by Al McCarthy and Joe Pelegano, the two musicians’ impeccable chemistry led them to remain a duo. The full sound that the two create can be referred to as “twinkly sludge punk.” Spending time touring and playing shows, the band brought all of their  talent and experience to the studio. The songs made in the studio make up their debut album, Swap Shop, Good Morning, released Jan. 25 2013. 2013 will continue to be a busy year for the band as they plan several 7” releases, tapes, and a tour to the South/Midwest. More info on these upcoming releases and shows can be found here on QMG. Links to the album and the band’s websites are after the jump.
